When one of our websites got hacked they proved invaluable, helping us to get it back up and running. They have also provided us with excellent advice when we wanted to move ecommerce platforms, and have worked with us to optimise our new store. The Hargreaves Narrowboat Trust commissioned 48k for a new promotional website with trip booking and management system.  We worked closely with 48k to explain requirements and they drew up a detailed plan and outline graphics on how the site would look and work.
Communication was excellent with all emails and questions answered quickly. This is true also for the excellent ongoing support we have received since the site went live.
As a result of the new website bookings have increased and the online management of trips and crew has reduced admin time considerably and nearly all bookings are now made online.
